Pilar (original) Show Scale in Composite Materials

A replacement show scale for the original Pilar in Composite Materials .

Please note these Scales are a bespoke made to order product and can take 14-28 working days to despatch depending on the complexity of the material or design.

These Scales are for the Show Scale side (LH Scale) of the original Pilar 1 with frame lock and a blade length of 2.4" (61mm)

Cnc cut & hand finished to achieve a perfect fit and feel,

Uses existing hardware so no fittings supplied,

Carbon Fibre available in 3 and 5mm with a Flat or 5mm V2 Ergo curved,

Micarta available in 3 and 5 mm with a Flat or 5mm V2 Ergo curved,

Can be supplied with the following finishes :-

Mill Finish, (straight off the Mill without any secondary processing except deburring)

Lightly Polished, (de-burred and lightly polished)

2k Clear coated, (de-burred, then coated with 2K clear coat gloss acrylic)

Edge profiles available :-

Flat ground edge

1mm chamfer

2mm Round over

(Leave as Flat ground for V2 Ergo Scales as the edge profile id incorporated in the design)

Matching 1 piece spacer provided,
