Squeak Scales in Composite Materials
A set of replacement scales for the Squeak in composite Materials including Carbon Fibre and Micarta .
Cnc cut & hand finished to achieve a perfect fit and feel,
Light in weight, durable in use.
Materials available Include :-
- 2x2 Plain weave Black Carbon Fibre,
- G10 Phenolic resin (in various Colours),
- Micarta (Made in house) in a multitude of colours and materials including Cotton, Canvas, Linin, Burlap, Denim and others,
- For G10 and MIcarta please add your material/colour request to the special instructions section and we will do our best to match it,
Available in 3mm & 5mm Flat and 5mm Ergo curved,
Surface treatment: Mill Finish/Matt, Lightly polished or 2K clear coated gloss,
Can be supplied with flat ground side edges, a 1mm x 45 degree chamfer or 2mm Round over Edges (selectable via the options menu), (select flat ground for the 5mm Ergo option),
Can be supplied with a D Pin locking washer if required,
Can be supplied with Thrust Bearings as an option,
Can be supplied with or without belt clip holes (selectable via options menu) ,Uses existing hardware so no fittings supplied,
This item is designed for self installation.
