UKPK Scales (Hard Materials)

A set of replacement scales to fit the Spyderco UKPK ( 3 Pin 1/2 spring and 4 Pin Full Spring Versions ) in 3mm Aluminium, Copper, Brass, or Titanium (engraved as an option).

Cnc cut & hand finished to achieve a perfect fit and feel,

Available options and finishes :-

• Mill Finish, ( straight off the mill with edges de-burred and ground flat but no surface dressing (Ideal for those that want to tinker and finish themselves).
• Directional Brushed, (edges de-burred and ground flat with surface directionally ground from end to end to remove small surface scratches).
• Media Tumbled, (Stone washed).
• Dressed, Face and edge surfaces dressed to 2000G to remove the majority of blemishes and light scratches
• Polished to stage 1 (edges de-burred and ground flat with surface wet sanded to 2000G then 1st stage polished via a rotary mopping wheel to remove all but the lightest scratches and blemishes, may require further hand polishing for perfect finish before installation).
• Engraved patterns receive the desired finish prior to engraving and can have either a bordered or a borderless design,
• Colour Anodised available on Titanium only , The titanium is either Dressed for a satin finish or polished for a gloss finish prior to Anodising, The colour and or pattern variation can be added to the special instructions section,
• A Cerakote ceramic paint finish can also be applied if required from any of the colours offered in the "H Series" found here H Series - Oven Cure Archives - Cerakote UK Ceramic Coatings.

• A bespoke pattern can be engraved ( via the options ) use file upload to send the design if necessary.,
• Choice of edge profile includes 2mm Round over, 1mm Chamfered and flat ground,

Uses existing hardware and is supplied with 2x 0.25mm phosphor bronze washers and a Concentric Cam for spring adjustment also Includes a matching spacer for the Bottom (clip screw) .

In addition to the phosphor bronze washers, a set of thrust bearings can also be fitted to add another level of smoothness to the overall operation and action,

The screw holes are D shaped to take the D shaped barrel pins.

Will be supplied with Belt clip pocket on both sides(as std) or without (Via the options panel), there is also an option for single sided left or right.
