UKPK V2 flat 3.2mm 3 pin Scales in Resin stabilised (Lilac) Maple (Engraved Ori)

A set of replacement V2 Flat 3.5mm Scales to fit the Spyderco UKPK 3 Pin Resin stabilised Namibian Rosewood.

These are my newly designed V2 Flat Scales that incorporate 3.2mm Scales with all edges chamfered and the face is sanded to 2000 grit and sealed with Danish Oil before receiving a light polish,

The Wood used in these Scales is Namibian Birdseye Maple, It has been Kiln dried and resin stabilised (Lilac) before being laminated onto a 1mm Cotton Micarta liner for strength and durability ,

The Pivot D Pin is secured via a 1mm Brass locking washer and the back spring can be adjusted using the supplied concentric cam, A standard shape matching bottom spacer is supplied (other bottom spacers can be found on the EDC Accessory page ),

All these improvements give the scales a more traditional feel and fit,

Both belt clip pockets have been cut the same as the original Scales,

After cutting the Scales are hand sanded to 1000 grit then given several coats of Danish Oil to seal the ends of the fibres prior to a final sand to 2000 grit and a light polish.

These Scales will be manufactured in small batches and sold from stock so no pre-orders necessary,

The Scales use the existing hardware and are supplied with 2 x 0.2mm phosphor bronze washers,

The screw holes are D shaped to take the D shaped barrel pins.
