Urban Scales (Composite Materials)

A set of replacement scales to fit the Urban in 3mm Carbon Fibre or Micarta (engraved as an option).

Available finishes :-

• Mill Finish ( straight off the mill with edges de-burred and ground flat but no surface dressing.
• Polished stage 1 (edges de-burred and ground flat with surface wet sanded to 2000G then 1st stage polished via a rotary mopping wheel to remove all but the lightest scratches and blemishes, may require further hand polishing for perfect finish before installation).

Edge profile selectable from Flat ground, 1mm 45 deg chamfer, or 2mm round over, 5mm V2 Ergo Scales do not require selecting as the edge profile is curved and round over by design.

Uses existing hardware so no fittings are supplied

The screw holes are D shaped to take the D shaped barrel pins.

As standard a new set of Scales will be supplied with a pair of Phosphor Bronze Washers, However if you want a smoother experience the Scales can be machined to accept a set of thrust bearings (also supplied ) as well as the Phosphor bronze washers, This is an option in the menu,

Will be supplied with Belt clip pocket on both sides(as std) or without (Via the options panel), there is also an option for single sided left or right.
